Great time in Chicago, Great deals for you!

What you are looking at is a small peice of what we were doing in Chicago all day Saturday!  We headed to Chicago to experience for the first time their "Market" and hoped to find some new goodies for you.  The buying trip was a success, so much so that... well, let's just say we have lots, and lots, and lots of goodies coming for you!
Market is the best part about being in the retail business.  It gives us the chance to leave our lives for a day or so, spend some girl time together and pretty much shop to our little heart's content.  We see lots that we like and know you will love!  And, plenty that we don't like and wonder...who is buying that!?! LOL!
Wonder what it's like to be at "Market"?  Here is a little idea....
We walk into a huge building usually having 20 something floors, that span for 100's of showrooms.  We are handed a book that lists every collection you can imagine to be represented there.  Because we are usually somewhat organized we have an idea of who we are there to see, but hope to find some new diamonds in the rough.  We head in the direction of the elevator knowing that the split second we saw the sun light that morning would be last for that day.  It's 8am and we begin the walk, on concrete floor in our most comfortable but fashionable boots.  I mean we do have a clothing store, so we must look fashionable.  We always notice the amount of 4 inch heels that are wondering around and think, "what the heck?" how are they doing that?!!!"  By the end of this day, in our flats, our feet are still going to be yelling at us!
As we make our way, every showroom or booth has much to see, smiling faces and a little inticement...food!  It's funny, often times we end up in a booth based on the candy that's sitting on their entrance tables! LOL!!!  We walk, we eat, we walk, we eat, and so on until the day is done! And, that's it, in a nutshell...a day at market!
We will keep you posted when all these "goodies" make their first appearance at Trendz!
